Mrs. Amy House arrives to claim the remains of her husband, U.S. Marine Corps Capt. John A. House II, during a chain of custody ceremony held at the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Sept. 13, 2018. Capt. House paid the ultimate sacrifice June 30, 1967, when his helicopter went down during a reconnaissance mission over South Vietnam. His wife accompanied by his son Eric House, received the remains of their loved one after 51 years of waiting.
