    U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Terry Goads, an aviation ordnance technician with Marine Attack Squadron (VMA) 311, Marine Aircraft Group 13, 3d Marine Aircraft Wing, moves a Joint Direct Attack Munition bomb to be loaded onto an AV-8B Harrier II Plus aircraft as part of Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) course 1-19 at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, Sept. 11, 2018. WTI is a seven-week training course hosted by Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) which emphasizes operational integration of the six functions of the Marine Corps aviation in support of a Marine air-ground task force. WTI also provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
