Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Mike Mullen swears in over 70 future service members into active duty during events held at the annual Chicago Memorial Day parade. Adm. Mullen was honored as this year's Grand Marshal. Mayor Daley and Adm. Mullen also presented Illinois family members with Gold Star flags in remembrance of their fallen loved ones.
