Chicago Mayor Richard Daley, his wife, Maggie and Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Mike Mullen observe the city's annual Memorial Day parade through downtown. Adm. Mullen was honored as this years Grand Marshal. Mayor Daley and Adm. Mullen also presented Illinois family members with Gold Star flags in remembrance of their fallen loved ones.
