A U.S. Soldier assigned to the 2nd Battalion 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division participates in a memorial run to commemorate 9/11 at the Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base in Romania, Sept. 11, 2018.
