    PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (Aug. 22, 2018) Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Christian Winey, from Ludington, M.I., addresses Trinidad and Tobago (TTO) military recruits during functional exercise Red Fish. The exercise is part of a subject matter expert exchange (SMEE) with TTO military professionals onboard a TTO coast guard vessel during Southern Partnership Station 2018.
