The Fort Bliss Addiction Medicine Intensive Outpatient Program (AMIOP) staff gathers as they prepare to observe the month of September as Recovery Month, a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration-sponsored observance to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use disorders and celebrate those who recover.
