Two boaters sit on the hull of their capsized 23-foot boat in the water near Palm Beach Inlet, Sept. 06, 2018. Coast Guard Sector Miami watchstanders received a report from a passenger aboard stating they were taking on water and their engines were unresponsive. Coast Guard Sector Miami watchstanders launched a Coast Guard Station Miami 33-foot Special Purpose Craft—Law Enforcement boatcrew and diverted the Coast Guard Cutter Manatee crew to the scene where they were rescued by the smallboat crew.
