A recruit with Charlie Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, fireman-carries another recruit during a combat conditioning exercise at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Sept. 5, 2018. Recruits conduct physical training on a daily basis to stay conditioned for the various events they encounter throughout training.
