Two Station South Padre Island 33-foot Special Purpose Craft–Law Enforcement boat crews monitor the Cosa Fina as the vessel's crew work to keep pace with the rate of flooding with the use of a dewatering pump passed by Coast Guard crews Sept. 4, 2018 near South Padre Island, Texas.
