U.S. Navy Construction Electrician 2nd Class Kurt Bettfreund assigned to Underwater Construction Team TWO, Construction Dive Detachment Charlie pumps grout pump into a new pile-jacket on the Harbor Master Pier in CFAY, Yokosuka, Japan. This work is part of a multi-year project where UCT2 will complete repairs needed to ensure the operational capability of the on the Harbor Master Pier is maintained. UCT 2 provides responsive inshore and underwater construction capabilities under the guidance of Commander, Task Force 75.
