NORFOLK, Va. (Aug. 17, 2018) – Lt. Cmdr. Jon Wende, Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command, communications and information systems department head, is piped ashore for the last time during his retirement ceremony held onboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S.
