    Lt. Colonel James R. Haiderer, U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, was promoted to Colonel this afternoon aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64). The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted the promotion ceremony aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64), an Iowa-Class battleship moored permanently adjacent to the museum as a museum ship. The museum proudly hosts military ceremonies aboard the USS Wisconsin (BB-64) and in their gallery free of charge for area commands.
