BREMERTON, Wash. (Aug. 31, 2018) - Senior Chief Aircrew Survival Equipmentman Charles Sieber, assigned to the "World Watchers" of Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron (VQ 1), and a native of Twin Falls, Idaho, gives remarks during the Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Legacy Academy graduation in front of the museum ship USS Turner Joy. The selectees spent the week living, working, and training aboard the Vietnam War-era ship along with a group of CPO mentors who provided leadership and training on Naval history as well as the heritage of the CPO community.
