KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany -- Frank Peete, Theater Logistics Support Center-Europe security and logistics management specialist is awarded the Superior Civilian Service Award from Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, 21st Theater Sustainment Command commanding general, Aug. 29, during a ceremony at the TLSC-E headquarters on Daenner Kaserne. Peete, served as the 10th Command Sergeant Major for the 21st TSC -- which serves as the TLSC-E's higher command -- and retired from the TLSC-E after 14 years of civilian service.
