Petty Officer 1st Class Kyle Eicher, an instructor for the Tactical Coxswain Course acting as the opposing forces on a vessel posing an imminent threat prepares to simulate fire on an approaching screen boat manned by the students of the course on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Aug. 27. The course offered the students an opportunity to learn new skills while being exposed to a variety of potential threats including fake improvised explosive devises, rocket-propelled grenade launchers and pistols.
