Students participating in the Tactical Coxswain Course take a written test before going out onto the water on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Aug. 23. The course offered the students an opportunity to implement their boat driving skills and learn new tactics while acting as screen boats protecting a high value vessel.
