Joint service members render their final salutes to U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Ken Wilsbach during a change of command ceremony for Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Command, Alaskan Command, and the Eleventh Air Force at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Aug. 24, 2018. U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Tom Bussiere replaced Wilsbach as commander.
