A Coast Guard MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew poses for a photo upon return to Coast Guard Sector San Diego Aug. 16, 2018 after medically evacuating an injured U.S. Marine from a U.S. Navy vessel in the Pacific Ocean. The aircrew launched and flew nearly 6 hours to medevac the Marine who had reportedly fallen and injured himself on the ship.
