FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (Aug. 10, 2018) – Cmdr. Danielle Higson, deputy staff judge advocate assigned to U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/ U.S. 10th Fleet (FCC/C10F), receives the Information Warfare Officer pin from Vice Adm. Timothy "T.J."
