Thomas Hough, commander of the 2d Calvary Regiment (2CR), briefs leadership of 3rd Squadron, 2CR about the upcoming combined arms live fire exercise as part of Noble Partner 18 in Vaziani, Georgia, Aug. 11, 2018. Noble Partner is a Georgian Armed Forces and U.S. Army Europe cooperatively-led exercise in it’s forth iteration.
