Airmen assigned to the 107th Civil Engineer Squadron, 107th Attack Wing, New York National Guard, build carriages utilizing common items such as marshmallows, cups and string, which are designed for an egg to survive drops of more than 15 feet during a team building challenge for the squadron at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y., Aug. 12, 2018. The 107th CES has recently started holding monthly challenges during their monthly drill to break up their normal routine, and to bring Airmen together who don't commonly work together.
