180810-N-WR252-118 KOROR, Palau (Aug. 10, 2018) Hannah Anderson, Civic Action Team (CAT) Palau electrician apprentice, hugs Sgt. 1st Class Wesley Greer, CAT 84-05 assistant officer in charge, following presentation of her apprentice graduation certificate during the CAT Palau change of charge ceremony. CAT 84-05 trained 12 Palauan apprentices in a variety of construction, administrative, heavy equipment operations and carpentry disciplines, with seven successfully completing their training and graduating from the program. During the ceremony, Army CAT 84-05 was relieved by U.S. Air Force CAT 36-03. The Civic Action Team Palau provides construction support to the host nation, assists and trains apprentices with general engineering skills, facilitates a medical outreach program and conducts community service projects.
