U.S. Marine Gen. James F. Amos, commandant of the Marine Corps, addresses a crowd of Marines and sailors at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Sept. 25. While at Camp Lemonnier, Amos met with leadership of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa and Camp Lemonnier. The general finished his day on camp by reminding the Marines in attendance that they must not forget what led the United States into war in defense of the nation and the American way of life.
