Patrick Reddick, a California National Guard infantryman from Los Angeles, California, takes a moment from his annual training to help restore a Hawaii County public park, July 27, 2018, Kapa'au, Hawaii. The guardsman traveled, with others from the 1st Battalion-160th Infantry Regiment, 79th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 40th Infantry Division, over 60 miles from Pohakuloa Training Area to the north shore town to revive the Kamehameha Park playgrounds for local keiki.
