Amanda Henegar, from Seattle, Wa., speaks with Department of Defense volunteers for an Evacuation Control Center rehearsal August 6 on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. The ECC rehearsal for 3D Transportation Battalion Alert Contingency Marine Air Ground Task Force ensured the ECC is fully prepared and ready if a national disaster arises.
