"Product Manager, Electro Optic / Infrared Payloads continues its office’s ongoing community service effort -- From 9-25 JUL 18, PdM EO/IR held a volunteer School Supply Drive, to support the American Legion Post 364 of Woodbridge, Va." said. Lt. Col. Kecia M. Troy the Product Manager, Electro Optic / Infrared Payloads" Over the two week period, the PdM collected 1111 school supply items, which will be donated to support the Prince William County School District."
"This is the second year EO/IR has supported this drive -- last year we collected just over 830 items - this year we increased that total by almost 300." Troy continued. "In the coming weeks, the donated school supplies will be packed into book bags and given to needy children across the district, as they begin their school year. With these donations, less fortunate students will be equipped with all the tools they need to be successful this next school year. This event is part of PdM EO/IRs commitment to serve the greater Northern VA community."
