A crew chief with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 369 confirms the UH-1Y Huey’s location on a map in near total darkness aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, Calif., Sept. 19. The crew, with the help of members of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing Staff Judge Advocate’s Office, tracked insurgent role players through city streets and made decisions to engage or not engage in accordance with the rules of engagement.
