Sgt. Arbinda Upreti, of 14th Brigade Engineer Battalion, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 7th Infantry DIvision is accompanied by his mother Sita Upreti during the 68th Annual Seafair Parade, Seattle, July 28, 2018. Upreti is America’s First Corps Noncommissioned of the Year. Upreti competed against 38 other Soldiers from across from across I Corps and finished above the rest in events that tested critical thinking, physical fitness and warrior tasks and battle drills.
