MIAMI -- U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. John Troxell, Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, poses for a photo with troops after recognizing them for superior performance. Troxell addressed attendees during an enlisted call at U.S. Southern Command headquarters July 30. He spoke with the troops about the importance of personal fitness and joint operations to 21st-century readiness.
