(July 27, 2018) Tim Mahoney, the mayor of Fargo N.D., speaks with Sailors assigned to Navy Operational Support Center (NOSC) Fargo during the U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, practice demonstration during Fargo Navy Week.
