U.S. Army retired Gen. George Casey observes colors at a memorial service at the Shanksville 9/11 Memorial in Shanksville, Pa., Sept. 16. Casey was a participant in the Ride 2 Recovery 9/11 Challenge, which was an eight-day, 530-mile bike ride in honor of the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. The bike ride starts near Ground Zero and will go through Shanksville, Pa., and end at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. Ride 2 Recovery's mission is to raise awareness and money to make a difference in injured veterans' lives.
