Representatives from CTF 158, CTF 59, Commander Navy Region Southwest Asia, and Iraq's Southern Oil Company held the 'tabletop' exercise to better help current and future leadership manage an oil spill, personnel and security in the event in incident occured on Iraq's Kwar Al Amaya and Al Basrah Oil Terminals.
