A U.S. Marine with Combat Logistics Battalion 24, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2nd Marine Logistics Group applies an identification number strap around a non-combatants role players wrist during the Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation aboard Fort Pickett, Va., Sept. 16. The Marine was ensuring the personnel properly had their identification number visible during the NEO exercise. More than 900 Marines and sailors will take part in the Deployment for Training exercise at Fort Pickett, Sept. 6-23.
