A U.S. Marine with Combat Logistics Battalion 24, Combat Logistics Regiment 27, 2D Marine Logistics Group gives a safety brief before begging a Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation aboard Fort Pickett, Va., Sept. 16. The Marines of CLB-24 along with Marines of Headquarters & Support Company, 1st Battalion, 2D Marine Regiment, 2D Marine Division participated in the NEO as a pre deployment exercise. More than 900 Marines and sailors will take part in the Deployment for Training exercise at Fort Pickett, Sept. 6-23.
