During an Innovative Readiness Training exercise, Capt. Chynna Chandler, an optometrist with the 7218th Medical Support Unit, looks for any signs of glaucoma in the eyes of Marguerite Greenleaf, a resident and member of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation, July 17, 2018. This medical service is just one of the many provided to the local community at the Bug-O-Nay-Ge-Shig School in Bena, Minnesota, as part of Department of Defense Innovative Readiness Training mission which builds military readiness while bringing quality medical care to members of the Leech Lake Indian Reservation and surrounding communities.
