CHATAN TOWN, OKINAWA, Japan—Children safely walk to school with the help of Marines volunteering as crossing guards July 19 in Chatan Town, Okinawa, Japan. In December 2015, Marines began volunteering twice a week, providing two to four Marines, as crossing guards at busy intersections near Kitatama Elementary School.
