180721-N-EA818-0572 NORFOLK (July 21, 2018) A Sailor embraces his loved on after USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) arrived at Naval Station Norfolk. The USS Harry S. Truman Strike Group has been deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility. With Harry S. Truman as the flagship, deploying strike group assets include staffs, ships and aircraft of Carrier Strike Group Eight (CSG 8), Destroyer Squadron Two Eight (DESRON 28) and Carrier Air Wing One (CVW-1).
