Ingrid Fredrickson, a carpentry and masonry specialist assigned to 188th Engineer Company, 231st Brigade Support Battalion, 141st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, provides carpentry instruction to a Ghanaian Soldier at the Bundase Training Camp outside Accra, Ghana, July 20, 2018. Fredrickson provided technical assistance to Ghanaian Soldiers to improve upon carpentry and engineering tasks during United Accord 2018. United Accord is an annual, combined, joint exercise between the United States, European, and Economic Community of West African States countries. The two-week exercise includes: a robust command post exercise (CPX), a large-scale field exercise with engineer and infantry troops, a medical readiness exercise, and a Jungle Warfare School taught by the Ghanaian armed forces.
