    15th Marine Expeditionary Unit

    U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Cameron Lahren, a logistics officer with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit utilizes a weighted ball to perform squat-thrust hyper-extension repetitions during a High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) workout as part of the unit’s Resiliency Training program at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 20, 2018. As part of the 15th MEU’s Resiliency Training program, HITT workouts are designed to build endurance with quick transitions of different physical activities. The unit resiliency program is designed to foster camaraderie and unit cohesion; each member participates in scenario-based guided discussions on topics to inspire and maintain resiliency within the unit at the conclusion of the physical training session.
