FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. – Sgt. Marisa Tortolano, a cyber operations specialist assigned to the 780th Military Intelligence Brigade, stands in the watch officer position of the Joint Mission Operations Center. Tortolano became a West Point cadet on July 1 and will attend the United States Military Academy (USMA) because of her perseverance and by embodying the Warrior Ethos ‘I Will Never Quit’.
