Soldiers assigned to the 248th Army Band, Puerto Rico Army National Guard, perform during the inauguration of the Armed Forces Reserve Center in the former Roosevelt Roads Naval Station in Ceiba, Puerto Rico. The AFRC was inaugurated, Sept. 10, and will be the house of three National Guard Units and one Reserve unit. After the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to walk around the areas and see old photographs of the all Puerto Rican 65th Infantry Regiment, also known as the "Borinqueneers."
