Members of the Oregon National Guard’s 102nd Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team work together to identify hazardous materials as part of a joint agency training exercise, July 12, 2018, at Autzen Stadium, the University of Oregon in Eugene, Ore. The exercise is organized to facilitate operational communications and while integrating resources between the University of Oregon and local first responder agencies to include the University police department, Eugene Police Explosive Disposal Unit, the Eugene Fir HazMat 2 and Federal Protective Services.
