Capt. Stanley Romanowicz, off-going commanding officer of Coast Guard Base Seattle, Rear Adm. James Heinz, director of Coast Guard Operational Logistics, and Capt. Jed Boba, on-coming commanding officer, participate in a change-of-command ceremony held on base, July 13, 2018.

Prior to relieving Romanowicz, Boba served for two years as the executive officer for Base Seattle.
