Capt. Benjamin Bruening, a Drug Deman Reduction administrator from Missouri gives instruction to soldiers and airmen on methods of working with the community on creating counterdrug programs here, Aug. 24. The soldiers and airmen wear civilian clothes during some parts of the training in order to be able to "think like a civilian" and play the part. More than 30 soldiers and airmen from California to as far as Puerto Rice attended the DDR course hosted by the National Guard Bureau Aug. 8 - 26.
