Command Sgt. Maj. Stephen Helton, 7th Infantry Division Command Sergeant Major, visits the 16th Combat Aviation Brigade Raptor Resiliency Center, at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., June 26, 2018. Staff Sgt. Vanessa Alvarado, 16th CAB Religous Affairs NCO, gave Helton a tour of the Raptor Resiliency Center and informed him of the services provided in the facility. She also received an excellence coin from Helton. Afterwards, Helton spoke with the Senior Non-Commissioned Officers in leadership positions within the brigade for their professional development.
