PORT HUENEME, Calif. (06/28/2018) - Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC), opened their doors to family and friends of the employees and military members who work at the command, June 28. Many of the EXWC departments featured current projects for the guests to see how the warfare center supports the Navy’s warfighters. Large military vehicles, flying drones, bullet proof protection materials, expeditionary facilities, the popular Navy divers in the dive tank, and many informational displays provided a first look at cutting-edge technology the scientists and engineers are developing for today, tomorrow, and the future of America’s Navy.
