Airmen from the 386th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron conduct a land survey at Cargo City, located at Abdullah Al Mubarak Air Base, Kuwait, November 11th, 2017. Before building the future home of the 387th Air Expeditionary Group, 5th Expeditionary Air Mobility Squadron, and other Joint and Coalition Partners, the land needed to be filled in, graded, and compacted, as the designated site was originally 10 feet below the ramp.
