The Shock Trauma Platoon facility on Forward Operating Base Edinburgh is home to two operating rooms. It contains a staff of 2nd Marine Logistics Group (Forward) corpsmen, Nurse Corps officers, physicians and surgeons, contributing to the STP’s ability to treat a wide range of injuries and casualties.
