    180703-N-MD713-0018 JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii (July 3, 2018) Partner nations a part of Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) 2018 participate in a tactical combat causality care and medical readiness team exchange aboard Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19), July 3. Twenty-five nations, more than 45 ships and submarines, about 200 aircraft, and 25,000 personnel are participating in RIMPAC from Jun3 27 to Aug. 2 in and around the Hawaiian Islands and southern California. The world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships between participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world’s oceans.
